Palmer was a good friend of mine while we were in the Army. We were in the same basic training platoon, AIT platoon, and our first permanent duty station together at Ft. Hood, TX. We got along very well together and shared many memorable experiences while in the Army. I am saddened to have just now learned of his passing. My condolences to his family.

I stopped in on him for a weekend when he and his wife were in Little Rock in '86. He was always a good friend and great to be around. I would like to give my condolences to Palmer's family and share a few thoughts about Palmer.I worked with him all his yrs at gulfstream and i can tell you he made a great impact on all who knew him, his attention to detail and workmanship made him one of the best builders i have ever worked with, someone said at work.. the brightest candle burns the quickest... that was Palmer.I will miss him greatly

Someone once told me that' GOD alway's pick's the prettiest flower's first' and it certainly ring's very true in the case of Palmer.I met Palmer many year's ago and instantly a friendship was formed.He was a great person with a great attitude and i cherish the time i had to get to know a wonderful man,he will be missed dearly.MY HEART AND PRAYER'S GO OUT TO HIS MOTHER ,FAMILY,TO ALL WHO CARED, LOVED AND RESPECTED PALMER.
